About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Clothing Supervisor at PEP&CO. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maximizing profit, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and minimize stock loss through effective merchandising and inventory management.
  • Ensure the PEP&CO section is 100% compliant with merchandising standards and guidelines.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, aiming to delight customers through the best service.
  • Complete stock inventory counts and process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate stock replenishment and maintain a high level of stock accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience within fashion, either working for a fashion retailer or a concession.
  • A keen interest in fashion and current trends with a creative eye for merchandising.
  • To be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high standards.
  • A track record of delivering results through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team.
