We work closely with leading utility providers, including Severn Trent, United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Northern PowerGrid, Northumbrian Water Group, Scottish Power Energy Networks, and Scottish Water.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing programmes, reports, and schedules using customised filters as required by the project team. You will attend progress meetings with internal and external customers, deliver presentations on project progress, identify and communicate key programme risks, and perform continuous project integrity checks to ensure the integrity of the programme. You will also support the Senior Planning Manager with any ad-hoc requests.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should have experience in scheduling and coordination, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A degree in a relevant field would be beneficial, but not essential. What's most important is your passion for delivering high-quality results and making a real difference in the lives of our customers.
