We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

About the Role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef and Senior Chefs to create delicious and nutritious meals that cater to the diverse tastes and dietary needs of our residents. Your creativity and passion for cooking will shine through in every dish you prepare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for residents
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Support the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
