Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Support Worker to join our team at St. Katharine's. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist residents with washing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
- Meal Support: Assist residents with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Daily Care Plans: Complete daily care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
- Mobility Support: Assist residents with mobility, promoting independence and safety.
