Agreement Administrator

Job Purpose
To provide support to the lettings team and ensure a seamless customer journey for new and existing publicans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team to drive tenure targets and maintain full compliance to the Pubs Code.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with agreement checks and ensure timely completion.
- Process Rent Update Forms and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the lettings team to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Support the team manager in maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Develop skills and maintain the highest professional standards.
