Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the identification, assessment, and prioritization of threats, opportunities, and issues to ensure effective risk management.

2. Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate timely risk cost profiling and retirement of threat/opportunity.

3. Develop appropriate management responses, assess post-mitigated positions, and monitor overall risk exposure.

4. Produce and present fit-for-purpose risk reports to support the effective communication of threat & opportunity status.

5. Demonstrate competency with tools such as Safran, @risk, PRA, or similar, and familiarize yourself with web-based database/reporting tools – ARM, Xactium, Predict, Tableau, PowerBI.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

1. A working understanding of integrated risk management solutions across portfolios, programmes, and projects.

2. Risk and Scenario Analysis workshop facilitation skills.

3. Proactive threat mitigation and opportunity exploitation techniques.

4. Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, including probabilistic modelling.

5. A broad understanding of Project Controls methodology and risk management interactions.
