Job Description

Maintenance Services Provider

  • Provide maintenance services according to policy, procedures, and legislative requirements under the direction of the Manager.
  • Action planned and reactive maintenance issues, prioritizing based on urgency.
  • Assist in assessing the effectiveness of maintenance implementation and delivery, and implement actions to meet maintenance standards.
  • Solve day-to-day problematical issues while ensuring Service Users' rights are protected.
  • Support the promotion and safeguarding of individuals' welfare and maintain up-to-date knowledge through training and development.

Work Schedule

  • Work 5 days over a 7-day period as agreed with the home manager.
  • Must have a full driving license.
  • Must provide proof of being double vaccinated, evidence of UK right to work, and 2 employment references.
