About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team at Inspiring Interns & Graduates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute market strategy by managing the lead process and driving sales through specific sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities, such as projects, surveys, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Actively solicit all product opportunities, referring and escalating leads as appropriate, and provide quotations and follow-up as required.
  • Identify, develop, and secure all relevant direct sale opportunities by evaluating customer choices and financial capacities and suggesting suitable products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring proper attention to every customer, and provide quality service while upholding company values.
  • Work closely with internal team members, including customer service, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Partner effectively with the field sales team to drive territory coverage and sales force effectiveness while developing positive customer relationships.
  • Provide support as required to the sales manager and be accountable for program and mission execution, customer trust, and execution of sales and marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • BSc or equivalent in a science, technical, healthcare, or related subject or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years in customer service/sales role).
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Outgoing, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills, high-level written, verbal, presentation, and telephone skills.
  • Analytic, tenacious, interested, and a finisher.
  • Strong digital proficiency with the ability to effectively utilize various applications.
  • Ability to travel away from home as required.
  • Valid driver's license.
Desirable
  • 2 years of experience in a field or inside sales-based role with a demonstrative track record of sales success.
  • Demonstrated track record of success within a sales or call center environment.
  • Technical or software knowledge or aptitude for this subject.
  • Clinical knowledge is desirable alongside a grounding in the sales process.
