Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our operations team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our operations department, assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating logistics for projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our operations department, including tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and effective project outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement and streamlining operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
