Home Care Assistant

About the Role
As a Home Care Assistant with Alina Homecare, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals within their homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks designed to provide support and companionship.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Reminding clients to take their prescribed medications and assisting with medication collection.
- Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring clients have access to healthy food options.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompanying clients on errands or appointments as needed.
- Offering support with mobility, such as assisting with walking or transferring.
What We Look For:
While prior experience in home care is not essential, we seek individuals who possess a genuine desire to help others. A compassionate and reliable nature is paramount.
You must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle to fulfill the requirements of this role.
