About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Sheep Heid Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead your team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use your management expertise to assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
  • Train and motivate your team to deliver outstanding food, drink, and service.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team.
  • E nsure our guests have an exceptional experience, making their visits truly special.
  • Achieve business targets through strategic planning and effective team management.
