Multimedia Promoter

We are seeking a creative and organized Multimedia Promoter to join our team in Worcester. As a Multimedia Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services across various channels, including events, exhibitions, digital platforms, and telephone outreach.

• Promote business products and services at events, exhibitions, digitally, and via the telephone
• Generate leads by identifying new opportunities
• Assist with customer enquiries
• Create engaging content, photos, and short videos to showcase our brand
• Maintain both websites up-to-date with fresh content
• Manage the marketing budget effectively
• Design flyers, posters, and case studies to promote our offerings

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in multimedia promotion while working towards a nationally recognized qualification through TDM.

The successful candidate will undergo a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, covering topics such as attention to detail, customer care skills, communication skills, creativity, and initiative.
