Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join the KPJ Group team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspecting machine parts and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering drawings and customer specifications
  • Supporting the Quality Manager in the management of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Servicing and calibrating equipment, including laser trackers and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)
  • Providing training to operators to recognized standards
  • Working closely with production, estimating, and sales teams
  • Advising on capital investments to ensure the use of leading technologies
  • Actioning Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through 8D problem-solving tools

Requirements

  • A trained internal auditing certification or relevant experience
  • Previous experience as a machinist or toolmaker (desirable)
  • Leica or Faro experience (desirable)
  • Lean and Six Sigma experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in a precision engineering environment (desirable)
