Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care home team. As a Registered Nurse at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for assessing the care needs of residents and developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and support.
  • You will provide medication management, wound care, and other clinical interventions as needed.
  • You will participate in regular multidisciplinary meetings to discuss resident care and develop care plans.
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (RGN) or equivalent qualification
  • Current NMC registration
  • Experience of working in a care home environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
