About the Job:
In this exciting role as a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a vital part in the success of CV-Library, a leading provider of innovative solutions.
You will be responsible for managing company vehicle penalty charges, reconciling statements from suppliers, and performing various ad-hoc duties as required. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar accounts or administration role, showcasing their skills and enthusiasm.
The successful candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should also have a dynamic personality with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage company vehicle penalty charges, minimizing financial losses
* Reconcile supplier statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Perform various ad-hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar accounts or administration role, showcasing your skills and enthusiasm
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Dynamic personality, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Estimated Salary:
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
