At Adria Solutions, we're seeking an accomplished Commercial Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial decision-making and support operational teams in achieving commercial success.

About the Role:
  • We're looking for a qualified accountant with at least five years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance.
  • You will be responsible for building advanced financial models, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Your expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be crucial in guiding senior leaders and fostering accountability across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with proven experience in building complex financial models. They will also possess excellent communication skills for partnering with non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Finance & Business Partnering: Act as a financial advisor to operational teams, supporting growth and cost efficiency through data-driven insights.
  • FP&A: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Financial Modelling: Build and maintain advanced models for pricing, investment, and strategic initiatives, conducting scenario analyses as needed.
  • Business Case Development: Partner with stakeholders to create robust business cases, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Performance & Profitability Analysis: Assess revenue and profitability drivers, advising on pricing, product mix, and market positioning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify efficiency improvements for financial processes and reporting, ensuring timely, accurate insights.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus a 10% performance bonus. Additionally, you'll enjoy enhanced pension, life assurance, private medical cover, and 33 days paid leave, with the option to buy additional days.
