About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a rota basis in our Kidwelly location, providing administrative support to our medical team.

As an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator, you will be required to manage queues effectively, utilize Microsoft packages to maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients politely and ensure the appointment system is run efficiently
  2. Monitor the flow of patients to and from consulting rooms
  3. Manage queues through telephone and face-to-face interaction
Working Environment

The Health Board provides a supportive work environment where staff can develop their skills and knowledge.

RequirementsQualifications and KnowledgeEssential Criteria
  • NVQ Level 2 or relevant equivalent experience
Experience
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work in teams/multidisciplinary environments
  • Understanding of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel)
Language Skills

Welsh language skills are welcomed and encouraged.

Estimated Salary:

$50,500 - $61,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
