Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at St Mark's Court in Swansea, where you will provide essential care and support to individuals with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to individuals with dementia
  • Participating in activities designed to promote mental and physical well-being
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker (desirable)
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
