The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolios in Sevenoaks and Meopham, which currently total about 80 managed properties. This role involves generating and winning business from both Landlords and Tenants, building and maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and providing consistently high levels of service and communication.

The ideal candidate will have ARLA qualifications and at least 3 years' recent experience in the lettings industry. They will be proactive, positive, and possess excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload. A full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK are also essential.

The package includes a competitive basic salary, plus commission and car allowance. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, commission pay, company car, and company pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and win business from Landlords and Tenants
  • Build and maintain good relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Provide consistently high levels of service and communication
  • Know a client's requirements to ensure efficient service
  • Arrange and carry out valuations
  • Organise and accompany viewings
  • Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate lets
  • Process referencing
  • Prepare tenancy agreements & renewal agreements when required
  • Ability to serve Section 21, Section 13 and Section 8 notices
  • Arrange and carry out valuations
  • Arrange: gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs and maintaining compliance

Requirements:

  • ARLA qualified with at least 3 years' recent experience
  • Passionate about providing a superb, professional and friendly service
  • Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
  • Possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
