Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Culinary Skills: Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire junior kitchen staff.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
