We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at the German School London. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of children aged 3-6 years.
Key Responsibilities- Support a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 3-6 years
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities to support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive atmosphere
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the learning environment of the 'Kinderhaus'
- Participate in school events, such as the Lantern Festival, Summer Festival, or Open Day
- At least 2 years experience as Early Years Educator Level 3 or above; or similar qualification
- Excellent command of the English language, oral and written
- Confident and competent appearance
- A positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
