The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns. You should be proficient in using software such as Xero, Sage, Dext, QuickBooks, ApprovalMax, and Go Proposal. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bookkeeping professionals and provide guidance on bookkeeping standards.
- Review and approve bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns prepared by team members.
- Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients to agree on bookkeeping timelines.
Requirements:
- AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns.
- Proficiency in using software such as Xero, Sage, Dext, QuickBooks, ApprovalMax, and Go Proposal.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
