Senior Health and Social Care Trainer Required

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team as an Apprenticeship Assessor. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires expertise in delivering high-quality training programs.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5, with a recognised Assessor award. They will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners, managing their diary efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of learner progress.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Timely visits and reviews.
  • Quality paperwork and general administration.
  • Meeting KPIs for delivering high-quality training programs.
Essential Requirements

Candidates should possess a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA), with experience in delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 5. Strong ICT skills, Maths and English Functional Skills, and a full driving licence for travel are required.
