Electrical Project Support Team Lead

Eaton is committed to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Support Team Lead to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre and post sales engineering and Site Manager support to the Project Management Team.
  • Support the tendering process to achieve the Projects Team profit plan.
  • Ensure correct scope, resources, and cost during the tendering process, particularly for site works and Project Management.
  • Early identification, assessment, tracking, and resolution of technical/engineering risks and management of those risks to margin.
  • Lead the Project Engineering Team to provide post-sales support, including the early identification, assessment, tracking, and resolution of technical/engineering risks during project execution.
  • Support project handover to service upon completion of works.
  • Coordinate Site Managers to achieve the best use of resources and skill sets to support Project Management activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree Level or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering, and Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM).
  • Proven years of experience in the electrical industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of LV switchgear, MV switchgear, transformers, BMS/SCADA systems, and UPS systems.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driving licence.

This position is home office based with flexible hours and requires travel to other sites. Eaton encourages internal promotion whenever possible.
