Position: Full-Time Temporary Case Administrator - National Probation Service
Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extending
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- The distribution and retrieval of information from courts, offender management teams, interventions and external organisations as required.
- Input, maintain, update and retrieve data and statistical information providing management reports as required using computer-based systems.
- To operate a file management service, including opening, recording new files, preparing files for transfer between offices, storage, maintenance and termination.
- To provide reception duties in a manner which meet service aims and objectives.
Requirements:
- The candidate will need to be a forward thinker, problem solver and demonstrate patience and resilience as the role is demanding.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
