Job Opportunity: Driver/Warehouse Operative

The Gi Group is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to fill a Driver/Warehouse Operative position with a distribution company based in Govan. This long-term temporary role has a high potential for permanence and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and operate a van for deliveries to customer locations on site.
  • Use a handheld device to scan locations for restocking.
  • Meet security clearance requirements, including a criminal background check and Scotland Disclosure.
Working Conditions:
  • 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (07:15-15:45), Friday (07:15-14:15).
  • Hourly rate: £11.90.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in driving/warehouse environments.
  • Ability to provide a DBS Certificate and physically lift up to 20kg.
