Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:

As a SAP Finance Consultant at Avance Consulting, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions in the finance area. This will involve leading analysis and design in close cooperation with the client's finance team, conducting structured testing, and ensuring the stabilization of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform configuration, development, and testing activities in SAP Retail Promotions area.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to derive end-to-end test scenarios for SAP FICO workstream.
  • Act as liaison with client, product vendor, and QA team to successfully convert business process diagrams into end-to-end test scenarios.
  • Work closely with the client IT organization and process owners to ensure system and process integrity of the template and drive adherence to the template.
  • Manage development and testing issues within a program with appropriate stakeholders where there is an SAP FICO involvement.
  • Foster a flexible and adaptable work environment, able to work under pressure.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • SAP Consultant with a minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP FICO, with S4 implementation experience being a must.
  • Preferably with two or more full-life implementations.
  • Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, configuring the system, testing, training, and supporting the project go-live and maintenance.
  • Experience and configuration knowledge in FICO – SAP AP, AR, GL.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications independently and working on custom objects build from scratch to deployments, as well as project/change request estimation.
  • Hands-on SAP experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of planning work and articulating it into definable tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
