Stocktake Auditor

Job Title: Stocktake Auditor

We are seeking a skilled Stocktake Auditor to join our team at nGeneration. As a Stocktake Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting Wet and Dry Stocktakes at various restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail entertainment venues in the Huddersfield area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Wet and Dry Stocktakes at allocated clients
• Provide professional advice and support to clients on running a hospitality business
• Analyse stocktake results and run stocktake reports on EPoS systems
• Work with clients to improve stock utilisation and profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in a management position within the hospitality sector
• Experience using EPoS systems, including running stocktake reports and adding items
• Excellent organisation, time-management, and administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
• Good understanding of stock yields and stock depletion
