About the Role:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. As a Claims and Customer Service Professional, you will work closely with our experienced adjusters to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, completing case enquiries, and providing assistance on site as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and meeting chargeable hour targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of the claim
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and complete case enquiries
- Provide assistance on site as directed by the adjuster
- Maintain accurate records and meet chargeable hour targets
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic IT skills and ability to maintain electronic files
