Kennedy Pearce Consulting is partnering with a prestigious City bank to recruit a Senior Buy to let Underwriter.

Role Overview
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting new Buy to let mortgage applications within the Standard, Professional and Portfolio BTL product offering.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK residential lending market and be able to provide credit decisions within their delegated mandate to ensure prudent growth in the BTL portfolio.

About the Role
  • We estimate that the salary for this position will be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including mortgage brokers, solicitors and other internal teams.
