Senior Electronics Educator Job Description: Wigan and Leigh College seeks a skilled Senior Electronics Educator to lead the delivery of Electrical/Electronic Engineering courses, specializing in Electrical Power from level 3 to L6 BEng(Hons) degree level. This role is based at the Centre of Engineering Excellence, Pagefield Campus.

The estimated salary for this position is around £50,000 - £70,000 annually, considering qualifications and experience. About the Role:
- Design and implement high-quality teaching and learning strategies for Electrical/Electronic Engineering courses.

Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience as a senior lecturer or educator in higher education institutions, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering disciplines.
- Expertise in Electrical Power systems, circuit analysis, and control systems, with a strong focus on innovation and research.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues and students alike.
