Site Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at Vistry South East in Caterham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing technical aspects of residential development projects from design stage to completion.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder or contractor, with strong IT literacy and proficiency in AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel & Word. A BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering is essential, along with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Key responsibilities include managing site as agreed with the Technical Manager, undertaking key aspects of the Principal Designer role, and completing all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental documents. The ideal candidate will also have experience in value engineering assessments, ensuring buildability, and co-ordinating submission of designs and securing technical approvals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is commercially aware, able to lead and work as a team member, and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
