To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
  • Graduating from your undergraduate degree in Summer 2025
  • Looking for employment after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

In addition, you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.

We advise that you do not apply to more than one Internship role to ensure that you are considered for the Internship that you are most interested in and that your skills are aligned to.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the smooth daily operation of a busy post-production facility. The candidate will work closely alongside the department's IO group, jointly responsible for all media assets stored and used within the facility.

An understanding of the importance of content security is a large part of this role. The facility services all of Universal's products, and as such, the successful candidate will be working on and dealing with large volumes of assets, including highly sensitive material.
