Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team at West Heath House. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will provide strategic leadership and professional expertise to support individuals with complex communication needs.
About the RoleAs a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing and developing communication strategies for individuals with acquired brain injuries
- Providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues on speech and language therapy interventions
- Leading and contributing to the development of our speech and language therapy service
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist who:
- Has a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and is registered with the HCPC
- Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in complex case management
- Has specialist knowledge of SaLT models and interventions in ABI
- Is able to manage complex dysphagia within an adult neurology caseload
We offer a competitive salary of £43,742 - £50,056 DOE (pro rata), 38 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
