Job Opportunity: Solution Architect Mentor

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our mentorship program at Join Momentum. As a leading talent development consultancy, we empower individuals and partner with businesses to grow and scale digital talents.

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires a strong background in solution architecture with years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex systems. You will provide guidance, share your industry knowledge, and support interns as they navigate their career paths.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced solution architects
  2. Review and provide feedback on architectural designs and solutions proposed by mentees
  3. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
  4. Assist mentees in their career development
  5. Available to work 30 minutes per week with a flexible schedule
Requirements
  1. Strong background in solution architecture with years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex systems
  2. Proficiency in multiple technologies, platforms, and architectural frameworks
  3. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
  4. Proven track record of identifying and resolving complex architectural challenges
  5. Commitment to staying current with new technologies and methodologies
