Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a clear strategy that drives a culture of robust, swift, and effective people management.
  • Developing and implementing a colleague lifecycle that creates an engaging experience at all career points.
  • Contributing to effective industrial relations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Enabling an efficient yet individualized culture of engagement in all interactions and support delivered to colleagues.
  • Working with the Heathrow Business Manager on colleague wellbeing, planning, and implementation.
  • Overseeing effective absence management.
  • Managing the recruitment pipeline and creating an engaging onboarding experience.
  • Developing and implementing effective data provision to leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Talented strategic people leader with operational experience.
  • Built and maintained structured metrics approach to reporting operational efficiency.
  • Proven senior stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
  • Experience in initiating, delivering, and embedding positive business process change.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in making business-critical decisions at speed.
  • Experience driving colleague and customer-centric transformation in an operational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to develop informed solutions.
