We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our in-house responsive repairs team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience, and a valid driving licence. They will also possess excellent customer skills and be flexible to work within our team environment.

Our in-house maintenance team offer a wide variety of services including gas & electrical services, painting and void management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of 'More homes, great services, better lives'.

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a company vehicle, mobile device, and all power tools will be provided.

This is a full-time position with 37 hours per week, usually worked Monday to Thursday (8am - 4:30pm) and Friday (8am - 3:30pm), with an hour for lunch except on Fridays.
