Job Description

Role: Physiotherapist (Band 6)

Location: Romford

Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £29.44 per hour

Shift/Working Pattern: Full time - part time will be considered

We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to work in Romford, covering various locations and providing community visits for housebound patients. The ideal candidate will have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out community visits for housebound patients.
  • Triage for the Falls Practitioner team for any urgent/priority/suitable patients that are high risk of falling that need to be referred to the Falls Service.
  • Assessing patients' needs and developing individualised treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
