Cranswick Country Foods PLC is seeking a skilled Meat Production Trimmer to join our team at our Riverside site in Hull.

We are looking for an experienced individual who can work in a fast-paced food production environment and trim meat products to meet our high standards.

Main duties include:

  • Working under the guidance of Senior Line Leaders to ensure product specifications are met
  • Trimming meat products to match specifications
  • Removing rind where necessary
  • Separating trim, rind, and bone where necessary
  • Meeting production targets set by Senior Line Leaders
  • Understanding the importance of yields and customer specifications
  • Carrying out training and mentoring new employees
  • Reporting equipment defects to the Line Leader

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with knives in a food environment
  • Able to work in a cold environment to daily targets
