We are a design and build studio based in Chiswick, specialising in creating innovative, bespoke solutions for extending and converting Victorian and 1930's homes.

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for carrying out initial consultations with clients, designing home extensions and loft conversions, planning drawings, technical drawings, and collaborating with the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing home extensions and loft conversions
  • Creating planning drawings and technical drawings
  • Collaborating with the project management team
  • Carrying out initial consultations with clients

Requirements

  • Experience of designing home extensions and submitting planning applications
  • Knowledge of planning policies and creating design & access statements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software and design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch-up are must)
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
