Job Title: English Language Instructor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled English Language Instructor to join our team at Protocol Education. As an English Language Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Lesson Planning:** Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students of varying abilities.
  • **Classroom Management:** Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • **Assessment and Feedback:** Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • **Communication:** Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

Requirements:

  • **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, and a teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • **Experience:** Demonstrated experience in teaching English to students of varying abilities.
  • **Skills:** Strong knowledge of the English language, literature, and grammar, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • **Master's Degree:** Master's degree in English or Education.
  • **Experience:** Experience working with diverse student populations.
  • **Certifications:** Additional teaching certifications or specialisations.

Working Conditions:

  • **Work Environment:** Work primarily in a classroom setting.
  • **Working Hours:** Regular working hours with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings or events.
  • **Collaboration:** Collaboration with other teaching staff and school administration.
