About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Bank RNLD/RMN to join our team at Nelson House Hospital, a modern and spacious 32-bed locked rehabilitation recovery service for men with mental illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development of skills for independence in patients
- Participate in the promotion of positive change and robust clinical leadership across the service lines
Requirements
- Proven track record of effective leadership skills and clinical expertise
- Knowledge of person-centered recovery-based interventions
- Passion for working with service users collaboratively to promote independence in a mental health setting
