Job Summary:

Rutland Council is seeking a qualified social worker to join their Referral and Assessment team. As a social services professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children and families in a stable and supportive local authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a three-weekly duty and contact and referral duty system
Provide specialist duty cover when required
Hold short-term CiN plans and CP cases
Attend team meetings and participate in team development
Work closely with other professionals such as the police and healthcare

Benefits:

Salary ranging from £30,000 - £40,000 plus a £3,000 market supplement
Maximum caseload size of 8 cases

Requirements:

Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK
Have completed your ASYE
UK driving licence
