About the Role

The Strategic Business Change Manager will play a vital role in leading and managing end-to-end changes aligned with the strategic objectives of the Peak District National Park Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of the UK's first National Park.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business initiatives that support a sustainable and commercial business model. This will include identifying business risks and providing mitigation measures, as well as supporting the prioritisation of initiatives that enable controlled management of capital expenditure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of change management and experience of leading teams to deliver successful outcomes. Your ability to work in a team and on your own is also essential.
