We are seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Manager to join our Fostering Team at Northampton Children's Trust. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and young people.
About the Role- This position involves collaborating closely with colleagues from various teams to ensure effective placement utilisation, stability, and necessary support.
- Safeguarding and the implementation of the Signs of Safety approach will be central to your work, alongside maintaining excellent compliance across your cohort through effective tracking.
- You will have a solid understanding of Fostering Regulations, Fostering National Minimum Standards, and Care Planning and Placement Regulations.
- A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England is required for this position.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are also necessary.
