**Job Title:** Groundworker Specialist

Location: Rochester, UK

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking a skilled Groundworker Specialist to join our team on a construction project in Rochester. As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the site, ensuring all aspects of groundworks meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing site preparations, including excavation and earthworks
  • Operating plant and machinery, such as dumper trucks and rollers
  • Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials used
  • Working collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:

  • CSCS card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Harness training (desired)
  • Confined spaces training (desired)
  • Experience working on heavy civils projects

Salary: £18.50-£19.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
