Bar & Waiting Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bar & Waiting Supervisor to join our team at McMullens & Sons in Hitchin. As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coaching and guiding our team members, and running shifts to support our management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delighting our guests through exceptional service

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential, and full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in-house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
