About the Job:
As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist at Quality Service Recruitment, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient processing of animal food products. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in manufacturing settings, particularly in food production. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in achieving the required standards.

Main Responsibilities:
Running a mill, extruder, dryer, coater, and bulk storage facilities, including loading bulk ingredients and performing technical checks and recording.
Capturing, segregating, and transferring waste for rework, while maintaining a clean working environment.
Working closely with peers and the Shift Manager to achieve key deliverables and undertake additional duties as required.

Flexible shift patterns, including options for 4 on 3/4 off shifts and rotating days and nights bi-weekly.

Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production.
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of machine operations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
