Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site, ensuring all work meets required standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Supervision: Manage electrical projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians and contractors, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all electrical work to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in supervising electrical projects, particularly in commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare sectors.
- Relevant Certifications: Hold relevant electrical certifications and qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2365 (17th Edition), and City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing) or equivalent.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Health and Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the electrical industry.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to adapt to changing project demands and timelines.
- Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel to various project sites as required.
