Job Description
We are seeking a Bank Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, participating in care planning and implementation, and maintaining accurate records of resident's care and progress.
